Jawahir Jewels is a football referee in England. This is an inspiring article about a young lady who has accepted every challenge and faced down every obstacle with determination and a wonderful positive spirit. The NFL announced that Al Riveron has been hired as Senior VP of Officiating to replace the vacating Dean Blandino. Admitting to the frantic pace required of the job during the Blandino era, the NFL basically split his old job into 3 and those appointments are also addressed in this announcement. Alberto Riveron will be the boss though, and he gets 1st Star for Week 19.
